Our\u00a0Kenya Business\u00a0is seeking a\u00a0Parts Field Sales Representative\u00a0to join our team in\u00a0Mombasa,Nanyuki and Nairobi\u00a0reporting to\u00a0\u00a0National Parts Manager.<\/p>\n
In this position you will<\/p>\n
\tBuild productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communications.
\n\tAssist Service Technicians in determining parts requirements.
\n\tMaintains positive working relationships with vendors and staff.
\n\tInform customers when special order parts have arrived
\n\tProvide Technician with necessary parts with minimal wait time; uses pre-picking parts when applicable (e.g., when customer is coming in for recall part or scheduled service interval).
\n\tApply retailing techniques to sell and display parts and accessories.
\n\tCoordinate with Service Department, Sales Department, Body Shop, and others to ensure that parts requests are met.
\n\tIdentify and supports opportunities for methods\/process improvement in the Parts Department.
\n\tUse parts resources (catalogues) to acquire information on parts and accessories inventory.
\n\tMaintain tight control over parts inventory to increase efficiency and eliminate customer delays.
\n\tMakes full use of inventory allowances to keep idle and obsolete inventory to a minimum
\n\tMaintain a proper filing system for all paperwork corresponding to repair orders, special orders, back orders, etc.
\n\tReceive and answer customer enquiries on parts and making follow up for sale.
\n\tKeep up to date with New Holland and competitor products and rates.
\n\tPlacing special orders and making follow up for sale.
\n\tUpselling parts whenever serving customers.
\n\tActively participating in promotions that the company may organize.
\n\tEvaluate parts accounts, prospects and ensure customer loyalty.
\n\tExecute sales growth strategies monthly and quarterly for parts sales.
\n\tMapping of regions according to their parts, purchasing capabilities and preparation of a detailed visit plan.<\/p>\n
\u00a0About You<\/p>\n
To be successful in this role, you would need:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum bachelor\u2019s degree holder in a business-related field
\n\t2 years\u2019 Experience in agricultural machinery parts sales with notable sales record
\n\tCustomer service training will be an added advantage
\n\tStrong Customer focus
\n\tValid Driving License
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
\n\tAbility to meet deadlines and to work autonomously and as part of a team<\/p>\n
