Mission Description<\/p>\n
\tTo act as the on-site representative of the company at the customer’s premises, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency and service excellence.<\/p>\n
Operations Coordination<\/p>\n
\tManage day-to-day logistics activities at the customer site for the Sea Export of their products
\n\tCoordinate with transporters, Delmonte warehouse teams& Operations teams, and AGL internal departments to ensure timely execution.
\n\tMonitor shipment status and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service levels.
\n\tHandle documentation for outbound shipments, customs clearance, and compliance where applicable.<\/p>\n
Customer Interface<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact between the customer and the AGL.
\n\tUnderstand customer requirements and ensure alignment with operational execution.
\n\tProvide regular updates on shipment status, delays, and exceptions.
\n\tAddress customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.<\/p>\n
Exception Handling & Problem Solving<\/p>\n
\tIdentify operational issues and initiate corrective actions.
\n\tEscalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
\n\tWork closely with stakeholders to resolve delays and service failures<\/p>\n
Compliance & Process Adherence<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all operations comply with regulatory requirements.
\n\tFollow internal SOPs and maintain documentation for audits.
\n\tSupport continuous improvement initiatives in processes and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tPrepare daily\/weekly\/monthly operational reports.
\n\tTrack KPIs such as delivery timelines, turnaround time, and service levels.
\n\tHighlight risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tExperience in customer-facing or implant roles is an advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of customs procedures and regulatory requirements (preferred)
\n\t2 Years in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations<\/p>\n
