Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRead and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
\n\tInstall hot\/cold water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and vent systems
\n\tInstall sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration, and booster systems
\n\tExecute underground drainage and specialized plumbing works
\n\tInstall irrigation, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi, and pool piping
\n\tConduct pressure testing, drainage testing, and system commissioning
\n\tEnsure compliance with British Standards, local codes, and OSHA safety standards<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tRed Seal Plumbing Certification
\n\t5+ years of high-rise or commercial construction experience
\n\tStrong knowledge of MEP coordination and plumbing systems
\n\tExperience with firefighting and specialized water systems preferred
\n\tInternational project experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
