The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bids such as RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOI responses, creating pitch deck slides, conducting business performance analysis including data mapping and segmentation, and facilitating technical solutions for government-related integration in terms of coming with Business Requirements Documents &amp; Functional Scope Documents. The role is at\u00a0Senior Officer\u00a0level.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Business Development<\/p>\n<p>Bid Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the end-to-end process of bids including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs for Banking Services &amp; Insurance Services for Govt entities<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for bid responses.<br \/>\n\tDevelop compelling and comprehensive bid proposals and ensure timely submissions.<br \/>\n\tMaintain a repository of bid documents, templates, and case studies for future reference.<\/p>\n<p>Pitch Deck Development:<\/p>\n<p>\tCreate visually appealing and persuasive pitch deck slides to support business development activities.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to tailor pitch decks according to client requirements and preferences.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistency in messaging and branding across all pitch deck presentations.<\/p>\n<p>Business Performance Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct thorough data mapping and segmentation to identify key business insights and opportunities.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze business performance metrics and trends to provide actionable recommendations for revenue growth and optimization.<br \/>\n\tPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing performance analysis findings for relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Liaison Between IT and Other Departments:<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as a bridge between the IT department and other business units to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with IT teams to understand technical requirements and constraints for solution development.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives and customer needs, particularly regarding government-related integrations.<\/p>\n<p>Technical Solutions and Integration:<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions for government-related integrations.<br \/>\n\tMonitor the performance and functionality of integrated systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.<br \/>\n\tProvide technical expertise and support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to technical solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Presentations:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare high-quality executive presentations for meetings such as ALCO (Asset and Liability Management Committee), EXCO (Executive Committee), and Board meetings.<br \/>\n\tGather relevant data and insights to support decision-making processes and strategic discussions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all executive presentations.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Education and Qualification:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.<br \/>\n\tProven experience in bid management, business performance analysis, and executive presentations.<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data mapping, segmentation, and performance metrics analysis<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills and Competencies:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\tExperience working with IT teams and understanding of technical solutions and integrations.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with government-related regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>equitybank.taleo.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/equitybank.taleo.net","_company_name":"Equity Bank Kenya","_company_website":"http:\/\/ke.equitybankgroup.com\/","_company_tagline":"Equity Bank Limited (The \"Bank\u201d) is incorporated, registered under the Kenyan Companies Act Cap 486 and domiciled in Kenya.
