\n\tTo continue leading in this constantly evolving business environment and to further strengthen our position, development of MC SEND is one of the key strategic priorities of the New Payment Platforms EEMEA Regional team.
\n\tAs a Manager, we expect you to act as a business owner, managing the long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for the commercialization of SEND in the region.
\n\tThe role oversees go-to-market strategy, business development \/ sales (including sales force training), while maintaining a constant alignment with the regional NPP product team to guarantee product\u2019s evolutions in line with EEMEA markets\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain the BD plan for the assigned verticals, markets and key customers.
\n\tWork in close relationship with all stakeholders (e.g. local and divisional BD teams, Acceptance teams, Market Development, Digital Partnership, Enterprise Partnership) to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities
\n\tDevelop and maintain the sales pipeline status based on the defined priorities for each market
\n\tDevelops SEND\u2019s value propositions for the key customers
\n\tAdvocates for and champions MC SEND internally and in the external market
\n\tEvaluates business cases, new business models, agreements and partnership to improve SEND’s footprint and competitiveness
\n\tCreate top management presentations and view of the development status in the different geographies and globally for the region
\n\tWork in close relationship with the regional product\u2019s team to maintain constant alignment on Regional markets needs
\n\tSelects and monitors KPIs that assess SEND performances and utilizes insights to ideate innovative BD approaches
\n\tLeads market analysis and recommends ways to leverage market analysis to inform product and go-to-market strategies<\/p>\n
Experiences<\/p>\n
\tExtensive experience executing business development across different payment types, technologies and customer segments
\n\tExperience executing strategies into clear action plans in multiple markets
\n\tSuccessful track record managing P&L and sales objectives for multiple markets
\n\tProven experience managing senior level relationship
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification.
\n\tConsulting background is a plus
\n\tKnowledge of financial sector is a plus
\n\tExpertise working with acquirers or in the acceptance area is a plus
\n\tProfessional level English language capability
\n\tStrong presence & communication skills
\n\tProven team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment<\/p>\n
