Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of client investment transactions across all products in line with agreed SLAs.
\n\tThe role supports operational integrity through reconciliations, suspense management, and effective stakeholder coordination. It also contributes to risk mitigation, reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes and automation initiatives.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPortfolio Administration and Valuation. Review and posting of incomes and validation checks.
\n\tCash reconciliations – Custodian and Fund Manager daily reconciliations.
\n\tRegulatory reporting (CMA, RBA and trustees), property distribution notices.
\n\tReview email and post statements and the contract notes and receipts on weekly basis.
\n\tReview of account opening, edit of data in the system and all data capture for accuracy, integrity, timeliness and risk management.
\n\tBenchmark analysis reports (Extracting numbers from different sources).
\n\tSupport BAM UG as per the hub and spoke model.
\n\tDelegated Authority: \u00a0As per the approved Delegated Authority Matrix.
\n\tPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in banking, asset management, financial operations, or a similar environment.
\n\tProfessional certification (CIS, CFA, CPA or progress towards the same) will be an added advantage.
\n\tStrong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
\n\tGood understanding of investment products, operational processes, and industry regulations<\/p>\n
