POSITION SUMMARY:<\/p>\n
\tThe Rainforest Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role focuses on core FP&A processes and the administration of financial planning systems, including Adaptive Insights.
\n\tReporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, this position helps ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient financial data, forecasting, and reporting across a global organization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in systems and process improvement.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU WILL DO:<\/p>\n
FP&A Process Execution & Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport recurring reporting and forecasting processes through advanced Excel tools (e.g., large datasets, multi-tab models, and structured formulas)
\n\tMaintain and update complex Excel-based financial models and reporting templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability
\n\tPrepare recurring financial reports and variance analyses for internal stakeholders
\n\tEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial data used in planning and reporting
\n\tPartner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
\n\tExecute established financial processes and workflows with a high degree of accuracy and independence after initial onboarding
\n\tApply existing methodologies and documentation to new or evolving scenarios, using sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps
\n\tIdentify and escalate inconsistencies or gaps in data, processes, or outputs, proposing potential solutions when appropriate<\/p>\n
Systems & Data Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport administration and daily use of Workday-Adaptive Insights, including data uploads, reconciliations, and report generation
\n\tExtract, reconcile, validate, and report on financial data across Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, and related systems
\n\tUse Power BI or similar visualization tools to develop user-friendly financial dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
\n\tUse Excel-based tools, including OfficeConnect, to extract, validate, and report on data from Adaptive Insights<\/p>\n
Process Improvement & Documentation<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in FP&A processes
\n\tSupport standardization of planning and reporting processes across teams
\n\tMaintain clear documentation of financial models, processes, and system workflows
\n\tHelp develop user guides and supporting training efforts<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU BRING:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
\n\t4\u20136+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills, including complex models, large datasets, and multi-tab reports
\n\tExperience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
\n\tExperience with financial planning systems, preferably Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience preferred
\n\tOfficeConnect or similar Excel-based reporting tool experience strongly preferred<\/p>\n
