Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe\u2019re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Marketing Assistant to support fast-paced retail campaigns across our furniture business. This role blends creativity, data, and commercial thinking\u2014ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into sales.
\n\tYou\u2019ll play a key role in campaign execution, Content creation, digital marketing, in-store activations, and customer engagement, ensuring our brand stands out and drives measurable results.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Campaign Execution & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (sales, promotions, seasonal offers)
\n\tCoordinate with branches, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout
\n\tTrack campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing Support<\/p>\n
\tManage and update content across social media platforms, and WhatsApp channels
\n\tAssist in managing online leads, inquiries, and customer engagement funnels<\/p>\n
In-Store & Branch Marketing<\/p>\n
\tSupport implementation of in-store branding (POS materials, signage, displays)
\n\tEnsure consistency of brand messaging across all branches
\n\tAssist in organizing\u00a0 activations, promotions, and customer events<\/p>\n
Content & Creative Support<\/p>\n
\tWork with designers to develop marketing materials
\n\tWrite basic marketing copy for promotions, captions, and SMS\/WhatsApp campaigns
\n\tCapture basic content (photos\/videos) for real-time marketing needs<\/p>\n
Data, Reporting & Insights<\/p>\n
\tTrack performance of campaigns (footfall, leads, conversions, sales)
\n\tMaintain marketing reports and dashboards
\n\tProvide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance<\/p>\n
Customer-Centric Marketing<\/p>\n
\tSupport customer engagement initiatives
\n\tAssist in improving customer journey across online and offline touchpoints
\n\tHelp manage CRM or lead databases<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
\n\t1-2 years\u2019 experience in marketing (retail experience is a strong advantage)
\n\tBasic understanding of Content creation & digital marketing (social media, ads, content)
\n\tExperience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment<\/p>\n
