We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in our operating model, requiring institutional-grade discipline across two core areas~<\/p>\n
\tUnderwriting and credit file integrity (consistent, lender-ready packages and risk scoring).
\n\tBack-office execution (contract management, transaction confirmation, cost and margin validation, systems updates, and reporting).<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tUnderwriting Operations
\n\tExecute the underwriting process in accordance with the defined Credit & Risk policy
\n\tManage checklists and ensure complete document collection (financial, tax, banking, legal, ownership, etc.)
\n\tStandardize naming conventions, version control, and data room organization
\n\tPrepare complete, lender- or investor-ready credit files for review
\n\tPerform credit checks (BCR, D&B), public record verifications, KYC\/AML, and risk scoring
\n\tExtract financial information, calculate key ratios, and identify risks or inconsistencies
\n\tPrepare credit boxes, summaries, and exception memos for risk committee review
\n\tMaintain due diligence packages ready for funding processes
\n\tBack Office Operations
\n\tManage and oversee the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, exhibits, signatures, executed filing)
\n\tConfirm transactions and validate margins, COGS, and pricing prior to execution
\n\tReconcile sold vs. installed transactions and escalate discrepancies
\n\tUpdate CRM and operational systems (statuses, milestones, exceptions, billing start dates)
\n\tAct as a liaison between front office, middle office, and back office teams
\n\tProvide light support for billing initiation and issue resolution<\/p>\n

\n\tWeekly reporting on pipeline, underwriting, exceptions, and cohort readiness<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tMBA (preferred) in Finance or Accounting
\n\tOr Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance \/ Accounting with comparable experience<\/p>\n
Experience <\/p>\n
\t4+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas~
\n\tB2B underwriting or credit analysis
\n\tLoan operations or receivables finance
\n\tFP&A or accounting with strong financial statement review experience
\n\tContract administration or operations within financial services or B2B environments<\/p>\n
Skills <\/p>\n
\tExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tClear and structured writing skills (credit boxes, checklists, exception memos)
\n\tStrong handling of confidential information
\n\tCross-functional collaboration skills with a strong execution mindset
\n\tAvailability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
\n\tExperience in equipment finance, receivables, ABS, or credit insurance
\n\tFamiliarity with BCR \/ D&B reports and risk scoring
\n\tExperience preparing due diligence packages for lenders<\/p>\n
