The Job<\/p>\n
\tThe Ecosystem Coordinator will work closely with all actors across Tiko Ecosystems to tackle any first-line non-technical questions they may have. You and your team will also visit ecosystems across the country to do regular in-person checkups with actors.<\/p>\n
You’ll also be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tResponding to questions asked by actors across ecosystems via phone, internet and other sources. You’ll solve any issues within your capabilities and escalate any other issues to the right internal team.\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring that branding has been done correctly at each actor, and providing support where you identify compliance issues.
\n\tCoordinating activities with other field teams to ensure work runs smoothly and effectively.\u00a0
\n\tIdentifying, preventing and responding to, and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures.\u00a0
\n\tMapping and setting up new Tiko ecosystems and finding and contracting all new actors\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tYou are tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging and the use of applications. You have brilliant interpersonal skills and can work well in a team. You’re a problem solver, who has the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tYou are currently based in Vihiga, Kenya (mandatory)
\n\tYou are immediately available\u00a0
\n\tA degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
\n\tExperience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, whether in clinical or program settings.
\n\t2-3 years of working experience in a similar area.
\n\tSalesforce experience is a plus.
\n\tYou are approachable and work well in a team.<\/p>\n
Compensation & Benefits<\/p>\n
\tThe gross salary range per month for this position is\u00a0Ksh205,157 –\u00a0Ksh256,446.
