\nQualifications, Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n\tCPA(K) qualification is mandatory
\n\t5-6 years of relevant accounting experience
\n\tExperience in FMCG, distribution, or HORECA industry preferred
\n\tStrong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting
\n\tProficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
\n\tStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\n\tCandidates based in or familiar with the Mombasa market preferred<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAccounts Receivable & Payables: Manage invoicing, collections, supplier payments, reconciliations, aging reports, and maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
\n\tFinancial Reporting & Compliance: Support month-end and year-end closing, bank reconciliations, audits, tax documentation, inventory reconciliations, and preparation of financial and management reports.
\n\tCash Flow & Controls: Monitor payment schedules, maintain proper documentation workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
