We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our hotel maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel\u2019s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical skills across multiple trades.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPerform preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel facilities.
\n\tHandle shift operations , Electrical, HVAC , Kitchen Laundry equipments.
\n\tRespond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas.
\n\tInspect equipment, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs.
\n\tEnsure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and hotel policies.
\n\tConduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues.
\n\tMaintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
\n\tSupport renovations and installation of new equipment when required.
\n\tAssist in emergency maintenance situations when necessary.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in building or hotel maintenance.
\n\tTechnical qualification or trade certificate in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Maintenance.
\n\tStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\tGood communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
\n\tWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call when required.
\n\tKnowledge of health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
