We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and energetic Waitress to join a dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism within the restaurant environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tWelcome and seat guests in a warm and courteous manner.
\n\tPresent menus and provide detailed information about menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
\n\tTake accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen\/bar team.
\n\tServe food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
\n\tCheck on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
\n\tPrepare and present bills, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
\n\tEnsure tables are properly set before and after service.
\n\tAdhere to food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
\n\tHandle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
\n\tSupport team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
\n\tParticipate in opening and closing duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tCertificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience as a waitress\/server in a hospitality setup.
\n\tExperience working in a 5-star hotel is mandatory.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tProfessional appearance and positive attitude.
\n\tAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
\n\tBasic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
