About the role<\/p>\n
\tBurn is dfor a highly analytical and detail-oriented R&D Lab Analyst Intern to support product testing, data analysis, and laboratory operations within the Research & Development team.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConduct lab tests on current BURN products, products in the R&D pipeline, competitors\u2019 products, and new cookstove fuel performance, documenting and analyzing the results.
\n\tAssist in field data collection and product monitoring activities.
\n\tManage datasets of test results.
\n\tAssist in maintaining and refining testing methodologies, safety protocols, procedures, etc.
\n\tEnsure that all safety guidelines and 5S are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
\n\tMaintain lab equipment and assist in keeping inventories of laboratory supplies.
\n\tAssist in preparation of stove demos.
\n\tOther activities as needed.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a physical science field.
\n\tExperience working in a lab testing environment.
\n\tExperience in managing data and interacting with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
\n\tStrong mindset for continuous improvement.
\n\tExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tHighly organized, punctual, and professional.
\n\tProactive attitude and takes initiative in problem-solving.<\/p>\n
