{"id":96195,"date":"2026-05-15T12:02:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/officer-production-operations\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T12:02:36","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:02:36","slug":"officer-production-operations","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/officer-production-operations\/","title":{"rendered":"Officer, Production Operations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Receive and perform duty of care on customer Instructions<\/p>\n<p>\tReceive instructions from internal and external clients for processing financial and non financial transactions via the authorized bank channels<br \/>\n\tVerify and validate customer instructions against documentation on file to ensure accuracy and authenticity, including callbacks where applicable.<br \/>\n\tIndicate or advise on any special handling instructions as dictated by the client; print and forward information as appropriate for processing.<br \/>\n\tKeep informed on all changes to products and services, rules and regulations to ensure accurate processing of instructions and perform accurate quality checks.<\/p>\n<p>Processing of customer Instructions<\/p>\n<p>\tCapture transactions in the system as per the documented procedures<br \/>\n\tEscalate non-conforming instructions to the Team Leader or Line Manager for further guidance or action<br \/>\n\tRemit and\/or settle funds in the system as per client requests<br \/>\n\tStrive to meet high customer service levels by processing incoming requests efficiently and in accordance with procedures and policies to meet Service Level Agreements<br \/>\n\tPrioritize and organize work based on risk\/severity and processing requirements to ensure deadlines are met according to policies and procedures and service level agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Reconciliation and safe keeping of customer\/processed transactions<\/p>\n<p>\tValidate and confirm that all transactions allocated have been processed and authorized by the end of the day.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring all entries in suspense accounts are accounted for and\/or processed as per the agreed turnaround time and any variances explained and escalated to the team leader or line manager<br \/>\n\tCompile and file records of transactions processed and other activities.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update filing of customer or other internal instructions in line with bank document management procedure and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to customer queries<\/p>\n<p>\tPrompt response to customer queries as per documented procedures and policies<br \/>\n\tProviding information that the customer may require in consultation with the line manager and as per the bank policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tEscalate any queries that are outstanding beyond SLA to the team leader or line manager\u00a0for further guidance or action.<\/p>\n<p>Complying with client Policies and Standards<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that service standards provided for in the Banking Sector Charter are adhered to.<br \/>\n\tEnsure implementation and adoption within assigned portfolio of all Compliance, Anti- Money Laundering and Sanctions related requirements contained in policies, procedures and processes.
