Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across sales, marketing, finance, and construction.
\n\tBuild and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
\n\tMonitor financial metrics, budget variances, and cash flow for off- plan developments.
\n\tTrack sales pipelines, conversion rates, and client payment compliance.
\n\tTurn complex data into clear summary reports and strategic recommendations for executives.
\n\tIdentify operational bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
\n\tProvide market insights on buyer trends and payment preferences to guide pricing strategy.
\n\tResearch competitor pricing, project timelines, and real estate market trends.
\n\tConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new property projects.
\n\tCollaborate with department heads to streamline data collection and improve workflows.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field.
\n\t5-10 years of experience as a Business, Data, or Financial Analyst. \u2022 Background in the Kenyan real estate or property development sector is highly preferred.
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling). \u2022 Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or real estate CRMs is a plus.
\n\tStrong ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
\n\tExcellent communication skills to present data clearly to non- technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
