\n\tThis role is focused on reviewing complex Vision-Language Action annotation outputs, ensuring high-quality interpretation of dynamic scenes, agent behavior, object interactions, spatial relationships, and action sequences. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in AV data annotation, VLA-related projects, and production-level review workflows.

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
As an\u00a0Associate \u2013 VLA Reviewer, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tReviewing autonomous vehicle data annotation outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project guidelines.
\n\tInterpreting complex driving scenes involving multiple agents, objects, interactions, and environmental context.
\n\tAssessing agent actions, intent, object relationships, spatial reasoning, and task sequences.
\n\tSupporting Vision-Language Action workflows, including vision-language alignment, action grounding, temporal understanding, and contextual scene interpretation.
\n\tIdentifying and resolving ambiguous or edge-case annotation scenarios using sound judgment and guideline interpretation.
\n\tApplying annotation standards consistently across production review tasks.
\n\tParticipating in calibration sessions, QA discussions, and feedback loops to support ongoing quality improvement.
\n\tProviding clear, structured, and actionable feedback to annotators and project stakeholders.
\n\tEscalating unclear guidelines, tooling issues, or recurring quality gaps to project leads as appropriate.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or higher qualification\u00a0in a relevant field such as:
\n\tComputer Science
\n\tInformation Technology
\n\tEngineering (Electrical, Computer, Geospatial, or related)
\n\tData Science
\n\tGeospatial Studies
\n\tOr equivalent technical discipline<\/p>\n
Required Experience<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum\u00a03 years of experience in autonomous vehicle data annotation.
\n\tMinimum\u00a01 year of experience working on Vision-Language Action projects.
\n\tExperience working with complex scene understanding tasks, including:
\n\tObject interactions
\n\tAgent behavior
\n\tSpatial reasoning
\n\tAction prediction
\n\tIntent interpretation
\n\tTask-sequence analysis
\n\tExperience in review workflows, annotation guideline interpretation, and edge-case handling within production environments.<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n

\tStrong understanding of VLA concepts, including vision-language alignment, action grounding, temporal understanding, and contextual scene interpretation.
