Job Description<\/p>\n
\tProcess end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
\n\tReview payroll inputs including overtime, bonuses, benefits, and adjustments
\n\tCalculate and file statutory deductions including PAYE, NSSF, SHA, NITA, Housing Levy, and other applicable levies
\n\tPrepare and submit payroll returns through KRA iTax
\n\tMaintain accurate payroll data, system integrity, and secure records
\n\tServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned payroll clients and respond to payroll queries
\n\tPrepare payroll summaries and periodic reports for client review
\n\tSupport payroll audits and reconciliations while maintaining strict confidentiality<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
\n\tCPA or ACCA qualification
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 relevant payroll experience, preferably within a professional services firm
\n\tStrong knowledge of Kenyan payroll laws and statutory compliance
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong client communication skills<\/p>\n
