\tDesign & Drafting: Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using\u00a0ArchiCAD\u00a0and\u00a0AutoCAD, specifically optimized for steel-frame residential structures.
\n\tCustomer Requirement Analysis: Lead technical discussions with customers to interpret their residential needs and translate them into viable prefabricated design solutions.
\n\tBill of Quantities (BOQ): Generate comprehensive BOQs for project proposals, ensuring all architectural elements are accounted for to support accurate cost estimation.
\n\tProcurement Support (Material Lists): Generate precise Material Take-offs (MTOs) and Material Lists from finalized drawings to facilitate the timely procurement of steel members, cladding, and finishing materials.
\n\tPrefabrication Integration: Modify and refine architectural layouts to align with factory fabrication capabilities and “Smooth Flow” site assembly logic.
\n\tProposal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical sketches and volume data for high-stakes residential bids.<\/p>\n

\tMinimum academic qualification: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
