Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tBudget Preparation and Consolidation \u2013 Prepare and consolidate departmental budgets into the master budget. Ensure budget estimates align with organizational goals.
\n\tBudget Monitoring and Variance Analysis \u2013 Monitor budget performance and identify variances. Recommend corrective actions where necessary.
\n\tFinancial Reporting \u2013 Prepare timely and accurate financial reports. Support management decision-making through financial analysis.
\n\tCost and Expense Management \u2013 Track departmental expenses and analyze spending trends. Recommend cost control measures to improve efficiency.
\n\tBudget Implementation and Control \u2013 Support implementation of approved budgets across departments. Ensure compliance with financial policies and spending limits.
\n\tCash Flow Forecasting and Management \u2013 Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial obligations. Ensure adequate funds are available for operations.
\n\tProcurement and Costing Support \u2013 Collaborate with procurement teams on pricing and costing. Ensure accurate cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
\n\tInternal Controls and Fraud Prevention \u2013 Implement internal controls to safeguard company resources. Support compliance and fraud prevention initiatives.
\n\tFinancial Performance Analysis \u2013 Analyze financial performance and key financial ratios. Support strategic planning through financial insights.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Commerce or Accounting.
\n\tCPA-K\/ ACCA or equivalent certification.
\n\t5 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
\n\tStrong command of QuickBooks, Sage or similar systems.
\n\tValid certificate of good conduct.<\/p>\n
