Role Summary <\/p>\n
\tAs a Delivery Owner, you are responsible for the delivery of complex client projects across global and multi-region environments.
\n\tThis is a senior delivery role requiring strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and confident decision-making in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. The role owns end-to-end delivery outcomes and coordinates across multiple internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered successfully.
\n\tSuccess in this role requires strong ownership, urgency, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to act independently without waiting for direction.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities Delivery Ownership <\/p>\n
\tOwn end-to-end delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, commercial outcomes in partnership with the DSL, SL)
\n\tLead delivery in complex, fast-changing environments
\n\tTake full accountability for client commitments and outcomes
\n\tIdentify risks early and drive resolution
\n\tLead the resolution of incidents and ensure service continuity
\n\tBalance client expectations with operational and commercial realities<\/p>\n
Client & Stakeholder Management <\/p>\n
\tBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Executives)
\n\tLead governance and delivery discussions
\n\tProvide clear recommendations and solutions
\n\tChallenge unrealistic expectations constructively
\n\tAct as a trusted delivery partner to the client<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership <\/p>\n
\tCoordinate project delivery teams at all levels for successful delivery
\n\tDrive accountability and execution across all delivery contributors
\n\tAlign internal teams (Ops, Talent, Finance, Compliance etc) to deliver priorities
\n\tRemove blockers and manage dependencies
\n\tInfluence stakeholders without direct authority
\n\tSupport workforce planning for specialised talent needs<\/p>\n
Governance & Compliance <\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with contractual, regulatory, legal, and security requirements
\n\tMaintain strong governance and reporting standards<\/p>\n

\n\tSolid understanding of commercial impact, risk, and workforce coordination<\/p>\n
