In this role, you will: <\/p>\n
\tManage the entire recruitment process (360 Recruitment)
\n\tManage all HR related matters to drive continued best practices for our people:
\n\tDesign, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and related internal activities.
\n\tConduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to continuously and proactively improve the overall employee experience.
\n\tReview and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Indonesian labour regulations.
\n\tManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
\n\tHandle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
\n\tSupport employees and resolving people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
\n\tCollaborate closely with department heads and global\/regional HR teams to align daily HR operations with employee needs and broader business goals.<\/p>\n
What we expect of you: <\/p>\n
\tAbility to partner with stakeholders as a subject mater expert with a consultative and solutions driven mindset.
\n\tCompleted Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
\n\tHR Professional Certification (CHRP-K) and IHRM membership is an added advantage.
\n\t6 -8 years’ experience in human resource management\u00a0or a similar role is preferred.
\n\tProficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tExceptional organisational and time management skills.
\n\tAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
\n\tDiscretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
\n\tA positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
