Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company\u2019s range of kitchen appliances within the construction and real estate sectors.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.
\n\tPromote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set sales targets.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
\n\tConduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
\n\tPrepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
\n\tMaintain accurate sales records and reports.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3+ years\u2019 experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
\n\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
\n\tStrong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors is an added advantage.
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n
