\tParticipate in hands-on training and mentorship with experienced developers
\n\tLearn the tools, systems, and workflows used across the development team
\n\tBuild skills in web development, automation, debugging, testing, and AI-assisted workflows

Support Web, Automation, and AI Projects<\/p>\n
\tContribute to internal web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
\n\tAssist in maintaining and improving applications built on modern web and backend platforms
\n\tSupport automation initiatives and RPA-related workflows with team guidance
\n\tParticipate in projects that integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business processes
\n\tUse AI tools responsibly to assist with research, prototyping, documentation, testing, and development activities<\/p>\n
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with developers and business teams on project tasks and deliverables
\n\tParticipate in team meetings, planning sessions, and code reviews
\n\tAsk thoughtful questions, apply feedback, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
\n\tHelp identify practical opportunities to improve workflows using automation and AI<\/p>\n
Help Maintain Quality and Documentation<\/p>\n
\tAssist with troubleshooting bugs and resolving application issues
\n\tSupport testing, QA, deployment, and monitoring activities
\n\tCreate and maintain technical documentation and process notes
\n\tDocument repeatable workflows and internal best practices<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\u00a0OR
\n\tbootcamp training, internship experience, academic projects, or equivalent hands-on experience
\n\tBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
\n\tStrong interest in web development, automation, AI, and emerging technologies
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
\n\tGood communication and collaboration skills
\n\tEagerness to learn, grow, and respond positively to feedback<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExposure to React or another modern frontend framework
\n\tFamiliarity with Git or other version control tools
\n\tInterest in automation technologies, RPA, or AI-assisted development
\n\tExposure to testing, QA, or debugging practices
\n\tFamiliarity with modern development, design, or collaboration tools
\n\tExperience using AI tools for coding assistance, workflow support, research, or analysis
\n\tPersonal, academic, internship, or freelance projects that demonstrate initiative and continuous learning<\/p>\n
