Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely sourcing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier coordination, inventory support, cost control, and maintaining accurate procurement records to support smooth day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services
\n\tIdentify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
\n\tPrepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation
\n\tCompare supplier quotations and negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms
\n\tMonitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock
\n\tTrack orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
\n\tMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and filing systems
\n\tWork closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
\n\tEnsure purchased goods and services meet quality standards and company specifications
\n\tAssist in resolving supplier or delivery-related issues promptly
\n\tSupport cost-saving initiatives and procurement planning activities
\n\tPerform any other duties as assigned by management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
\n\tKnowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management practices
\n\tStrong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\n\tExperience using procurement or inventory management systems is an added advantage
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism<\/p>\n
