Benefits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Benefits Administration &amp; Operations<\/p>\n<p>\tAdminister employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, pension, and related welfare schemes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate employee enrolments, updates, exits, and benefit changes within agreed timelines.<br \/>\n\tProcess claims support, resolve employee benefit queries, and coordinate provider escalations where necessary.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate employee benefits records and documentation.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and benefits providers to ensure smooth service delivery.<br \/>\n\tSupport annual benefits reviews and monitor utilisation trends and employee participation.<br \/>\n\tCommunicate benefits policies, updates, and enrolment information to employees.<br \/>\n\tEscalate complex or high-impact benefits issues appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>Occupational Health &amp; Safety Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the first point of contact for occupational health and safety support queries.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.<br \/>\n\tSupport work injury administration processes and WIBA claim coordination.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate injury logs, incident records, and related documentation.<br \/>\n\tSupport DOSH reporting requirements and occupational safety compliance activities.<br \/>\n\tTrack occupational health metrics and ensure timely follow-up on required actions.<br \/>\n\tEscalate complex occupational health matters to the Global Mobility &amp; Benefits Manager where required.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Wellness &amp; Mobility Support<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate quarterly wellness activities, employee engagement initiatives, and health campaigns.<br \/>\n\tManage wellness partnerships, including gym and fitness provider relationships.<br \/>\n\tMonitor wellness participation, engagement rates, and programme effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate health screening activities, vaccination drives, and wellness workshops.<br \/>\n\tSupport emergency evacuation planning and related provider coordination.<br \/>\n\tAssist with employee relocation processes and international assignment support.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate visa, work permit, and immigration documentation support where required.<br \/>\n\tPrepare wellness communications, reports, and engagement updates.<\/p>\n<p>Communication, Vendor Coordination &amp; Service Support<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct benefits onboarding sessions and orientation for new employees.<br \/>\n\tProvide ongoing employee support relating to benefits, mobility, and wellness programmes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate Purchase Orders (POs), invoice tracking, approvals, and vendor payment follow-up in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.<br \/>\n\tManage benefits and mobility support requests through Freshservice or equivalent ticketing platforms while ensuring SLA adherence.<br \/>\n\tMonitor support queues, ticket resolution timelines, and escalations for employee support requests.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and improve employee-facing knowledge articles, FAQs, and support documentation.<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular employee communications relating to benefits updates, enrolment windows, claims guidance, and service changes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate quarterly vendor review meetings and prepare vendor performance reports.<br \/>\n\tSupport HR process improvement initiatives and systems enhancement projects.<br \/>\n\tMaintain updated vendor contact records and operational documentation to support business continuity.<\/p>\n<p>Data Analytics, Reporting &amp; Process Improvement<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting on benefits, wellness, mobility, and operational service metrics.<br \/>\n\tMaintain dashboards covering enrolment, utilisation, claims, SLAs, wellness participation, and operational trends.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.<br \/>\n\tSupport forecasting, reporting accuracy, and benefits cost planning activities.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and improve service delivery KPIs, including turnaround times, resolution rates, and employee experience metrics.<br \/>\n\tPartner with HRIS, Finance, and People Analytics teams to support data integrity and reporting accuracy.<br \/>\n\tSupport implementation of automation and AI-enabled HR support processes with appropriate governance and oversight.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with data privacy standards, access controls, and documentation requirements across HR operations.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>Professional Certification<\/p>\n<p>\tCertified HR Practitioner in Kenya, preferably CHRP(K).<br \/>\n\tActive membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t4\u20135 years\u2019 experience in HR operations, benefits administration, global mobility, shared services, or HR reporting roles.<br \/>\n\tExperience coordinating occupational health or work injury programmes is preferred.<br \/>\n\tWorking knowledge of WIBA legislation and East African employment regulations.<br \/>\n\tExperience supporting multi-country benefits administration environments is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of HRIS and HR operations systems (e.g., HiBob or equivalent).<br \/>\n\tExperience using ticketing or case management systems such as Freshservice.<br \/>\n\tStrong Excel, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with ERP systems and invoice\/payment tracking processes such as Microsoft Dynamics.<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.<br \/>\n\tEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.<br \/>\n\tComfortable working with technology, systems, and process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge &amp;
