Your responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOptimize multi-vendor Radio Networks (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G) to meet performance KPIs.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tConduct analysis of poor cell performance and implement troubleshooting strategies.
\n\tEngage with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
\n\tTune Radio Network parameters to enhance coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience.
\n\tPerform root cause analysis for end-to-end issues and devise actionable solutions.
\n\tCreate comprehensive SLA KPI reports for optimization and acceptance processes.
\n\tCoordinate site acceptance for new integrations and expansions, including physical site optimization.<\/p>\n
Your skills and experience<\/p>\n
Must-Have:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
\n\t4+ years of hands-on experience in RF Planning & Optimization for 2G, 3G, LTE\/VoLTE, and 5G networks
\n\tStrong expertise in Ericsson and Nokia Radio Access technologies
\n\tAbility to conduct in-depth analysis from radio network statistics and Layer 3 traces
\n\tExperience in customer management to maximize customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Nice-To-Have:<\/p>\n
\tExperience with Drive-Test log analysis and proficiency in NPO tools
\n\tKnowledge of multi-layer, multi-technology Radio Network Parameter tuning
\n\tStrong skills in MS Office suite, including PowerPivot, Power BI, and Power Automate
\n\tExhibits creativity and resourcefulness
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing<\/p>\n
