\tTo oversee the operational performance, property standards, owner relations, hotel operations coordination, financial monitoring, compliance, and overall guest experience of premium serviced apartments and hotel facilities. The role ensures service excellence, operational discipline, and long-term property value preservation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Property & Hospitality Operations Oversight<\/p>\n
\tSupervise day-to-day property and hospitality operations.
\n\tMonitor guest experience, service standards, and operational efficiency.
\n\tEnsure readiness of serviced units, hotel facilities, and amenities.
\n\tIdentify service gaps and coordinate corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Owner\u2013Operator Coordination & Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tAct as liaison between property owners and hotel operations.
\n\tFacilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders.
\n\tCoordinate operational meetings, reporting sessions, and reviews.
\n\tEscalate operational, financial, and legal matters as needed.<\/p>\n
Property Performance & Value Preservation<\/p>\n
\tMonitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue trends.
\n\tCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
\n\tRecommend property improvements and service upgrades.
\n\tEnsure long-term property standards and reputation are maintained.<\/p>\n
Financial Oversight & Performance Monitoring<\/p>\n
\tReview operational and capital expenditure requests.
\n\tMonitor expenses, profitability, and budget adherence.
\n\tEnsure financial accountability and minimize revenue leakages.
\n\tProvide summarized financial insights to executive leadership.<\/p>\n
Client, Investor & Owner Relations<\/p>\n
\tSupport unit handovers and onboarding into operations.
\n\tAddress owner concerns and service-related issues.
\n\tTrack owner sentiment and recurring complaints.
\n\tEnsure smooth communication and satisfaction initiatives.<\/p>\n
Pre-Opening, Handover & Launch Coordination<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate pre-opening readiness and launch activities.
\n\tEnsure staffing, SOPs, and systems are operational before launch.
\n\tOversee unit handovers, snagging, and service readiness.
\n\tMonitor timelines and dependencies for operational transition.<\/p>\n
Compliance, Risk Management & Controls<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with hospitality regulations and property laws.
\n\tMaintain licenses, permits, and insurance requirements.
\n\tMonitor operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
\n\tSupport audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.<\/p>\n
Executive Reporting<\/p>\n
\tProvide weekly and monthly executive summaries.
\n\tPrepare property performance reports with insights and risks.
\n\tTrack operational, financial, and service metrics.
\n\tRecommend improvements and cost-control measures.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management, Finance, or related field.
\n\tMaster\u2019s degree\/MBA preferred.
\n\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in hospitality\/property operations.
\n\tAt least 3 years in senior management.
\n\tProven experience in hotel, serviced apartments, or mixed-use property operations.
\n\tStrong financial oversight and compliance background.
\n\tExperience in pre-opening and launch coordination.<\/p>\n
