About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a proactive and highly dependable\u00a0Travel & Events Intern\u00a0to support our Travel Coordinator in managing the end-to-end coordination of business travel and event logistics. This is a high-pressure role that requires exceptional responsiveness, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for staff and partners across multiple regions.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist in booking domestic and international flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, and other travel logistics.
\n\tCoordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, and travel arrangements for attendees.
\n\tPrepare and update travel itineraries, schedules, and related documentation.
\n\tRespond to travel-related queries promptly and conduct timely follow-ups until closure.
\n\tMaintain organised records of bookings, payments, and reports.
\n\tLiaise with airlines, hotels, travel agents, and internal stakeholders.
\n\tSupport in generating weekly\/monthly travel reports.<\/p>\n
Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Tourism & Travel Management.
\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tGood computer proficiency (MS Office Suite; travel or booking platforms a plus).
\n\tProven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
\n\tHigh level of integrity and trustworthiness \u2014 must handle company and employee sensitive travel data responsibly.
\n\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n\tStrong time management and organisational skills.
\n\tExperience in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
\n\tExposure to flight booking processes or working with travel agents\/airlines.<\/p>\n
