Job Purpose<\/p>\n
To ensure effective in-store execution of cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products by maintaining optimal product visibility, availability, and presentation in line with brand standards, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tArrange and replenish products on shelves, stands, and displays according to planograms.
\n\tEnsure products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
\n\tSet up promotional displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials.
\n\tMonitor stock levels in-store and backroom; ensure timely replenishment.
\n\tTrack fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock-outs.
\n\tCheck product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items.
\n\tEngage customers by providing basic product information and guidance.
\n\tSupport in upselling and cross-selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
\n\tEnsure all displays meet brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
\n\tMaintain consistency in product placement and promotional messaging.
\n\tSubmit daily\/weekly reports on stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities.
\n\tBuild and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tExperience in FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty retail merchandising is an added advantage.
\n\tBasic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.<\/p>\n
