Job Summary<\/p>\n
Riset Software & Systems LTD is looking for a proactive and reliable Onsite Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onsite technical support, system installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProvide onsite technical support and troubleshooting
\n\tInstall, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
\n\tAssist clients with system setup and user support
\n\tDiagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
\n\tConduct routine maintenance and system checks
\n\tTrain users on system operations where necessary
\n\tPrepare technical reports and updates
\n\tEnsure excellent customer service and communication with clients<\/p>\n
Requirements & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related field
\n\tBasic understanding of computer systems, networking, and software support
\n\tGood communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and under minimal supervision
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills
\n\tExperience in technical support or field work is an added advantage<\/p>\n

\tExperience with ERP or POS systems
\n\tAbility to travel for onsite support<\/p>\n
