Position Overview<\/p>\n
\tThe Swimming Pool Attendant\/Boat Rider ensures the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of guests using the hotel\u2019s swimming pool and boating facilities. This dual role combines guest service, safety monitoring, and equipment handling to deliver a premium leisure experience.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGuest Safety: Monitor pool and boating areas to prevent accidents, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to emergencies.
\n\tFacility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, boats, and surrounding areas; check water quality and report issues.
\n\tEquipment Handling: Operate and secure boats, life jackets, and poolside equipment; ensure proper storage and upkeep.
\n\tCustomer Service: Assist guests with poolside needs, boat rides, and recreational activities; provide clear instructions and friendly support.
\n\tTeam Collaboration: Work closely with lifeguards, recreation staff, and hotel management to coordinate guest activities.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tSwimming Skills: Strong swimming ability; lifeguard certification preferred.
\n\tBoating Experience: Prior experience operating small boats or watercraft safely.
\n\tFirst Aid Training: CPR and First Aid certification highly desirable.
\n\tHospitality Background: Previous work in hotels, resorts, or recreational facilities is an advantage.
\n\tCommunication Skills: Ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests of diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n
