\tDevelop and maintain programme schedules in Primavera P6 across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural).
\n\tPerform critical path analysis, schedule compression studies, and delay analysis. Prepare earned value management (EVM) reports with CPI\/SPI tracking and traffic-light dashboards.
\n\tVisit sites to assess progress. Manage contractors and consultants.
\n\tAdminister contracts.
\n\tConduct what-if scenario analysis for procurement sequencing, resource levelling, and logistics planning.
\n\tProduce technical memoranda and briefing documents to international programme management standards.
\n\tOperate within ERPNext for project controls and Google Workspace for document management with AI-augmented workflows.<\/p>\n
What We Are Looking For<\/p>\n
\tDomain Background: BSc\/BEng in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture from a recognized Kenyan university. We value domain knowledge as the foundation for planning competence.
\n\tAnalytical Horsepower: All candidates will undergo rigorous aptitude testing covering abstract reasoning, numerical analysis, and critical thinking. We set the bar high because our international clients\u2019 expectations are high.
\n\tTechnical Fluency: Proficiency or demonstrable aptitude in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools. Comfort with data-driven analysis and spreadsheet modelling. Articulation of project management issues and ability to execute actual construction tasks by creating Money-Ready Plans (MRPs) \u2013 Technical, cost, logistics & quality plans. People management skills to deal with both internal and external (contractor) teams. Fluency in AI-assisted real workflows.
