Collection Africa is seeking to hire a dynamic and technical IT Manager. In this role, you will lead our entire IT function, ensuring efficient, secure, and resilient systems, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on systems management, you will drive digital transformation, oversee cybersecurity, manage enterprise infrastructure, and optimize our core PRSP\/SMS and VoIP\/SIP communication platforms to support organizational growth.

\tIT Strategy & Infrastructure Management
\n\tSystems Administration
\n\tCybersecurity & Risk Management
\n\tCommunication Systems Management
\n\tLeadership, innovation, Digital Transformation & Al Requirements
\n\tBachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 7 years of IT management experience in a dynamic environment.
\n\tStrong background in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.
\n\tProfessional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, Security+) are an added advantage.
\n\tExperience with PRSP\/SMS platforms and VoIP\/SIP systems is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
