The interim will work closely with the Head of Human Resource and Administration and key business stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, support workforce planning, and build scalable HR processes within the agreed 6-month engagement period.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition and Recruitment<\/p>\n<p>\tLead recruitment activities for priority business roles including technical, operational, and support positions within agreed timelines.<br \/>\n\tManage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and onboarding support.<br \/>\n\tDevelop talent pipelines and improve recruitment turnaround times to support business continuity and workforce growth.<br \/>\n\tSupport workforce planning discussions with departmental leaders to identify hiring priorities and staffing requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations and HR Advisory<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the management of disciplinary processes, employee grievances, workplace investigations, and employee relations matters.<br \/>\n\tProvide HR advisory support to management and employees in line with Kenyan labour laws and internal policies.<br \/>\n\tReview current employee relations processes and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and consistency.<br \/>\n\tSupport the development of practical employee relations guidelines and documentation.<\/p>\n<p>HR Policy Review and Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tReview and assess existing HR policies, procedures, and documentation and recommend updates where necessary.<br \/>\n\tSupport the implementation and communication of revised HR policies and procedures across the organisation.<br \/>\n\tAssist in strengthening HR governance, documentation standards, and compliance processes.<br \/>\n\tSupport HR audits and compliance initiatives to maintain alignment with employment legislation and organisational requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management and Organisational Support<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and recommend a practical performance management framework suitable for gradual implementation across the organisation.<br \/>\n\tSupport management teams in establishing employee performance tracking and accountability structures.<br \/>\n\tAssist in identifying HR process improvement opportunities that support organisational efficiency and scalability.<br \/>\n\tSupport the gradual development and strengthening of the HR function as the business continues to grow.<\/p>\n<p>HR Operations and Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide day to day operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate HR records and support reporting requirements.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate HR administration activities and support smooth HR service delivery across departments.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with finance and operational teams to support workforce and HR operational requirements.<\/p>\n<p>MEASURABLE OUTCOME<\/p>\n<p>\tSuccessful recruitment and onboarding of priority business roles within agreed timelines.<br \/>\n\tCompletion of HR policy review and submission of recommendations for implementation within the first 6 months.<br \/>\n\tDevelopment of a practical performance management structure for phased organisational rollout.<br \/>\n\tImproved HR process consistency and compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal policies.<br \/>\n\tStrengthened employee relations processes and reduction in HR operational gaps.<br \/>\n\tImproved recruitment turnaround time and HR service delivery across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
