The Digital Transformation Project\u00a0Manager\u00a0(PMII)\u00a0leads the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division of World Vision.\u00a0This\u00a0business-focused\u00a0proficient\u00a0project management role\u00a0ensures that approved business investments are translated into value-led, usable digital capabilities that enable business-led change and adoption and\u00a0ultimately contribute\u00a0to measurable business value.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Digital Transformation\u00a0Project Manager leads delivery across the full value chain \u2014 from approved intent and validated requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness \u2014 enabling the business to realise sustained outcomes over time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The role orchestrates delivery across the Delivery Centre of Excellence disciplines \u2014 Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption \u2014 while coordinating closely with wider GTD functions such as Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Certifications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\u00a0
\n\tRecognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).\u00a0
\n\tAgile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined\u00a0Agile,\u00a0SAFe\u00a0or\u00a0equivalent) preferred.\u00a0

\n\tProvide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.\u00a0

Planning & Delivery Control\u00a0<\/p>\n

Project Manager Skills & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5+ years\u2019 experience, including at least 2\u20133 years managing IT projects or workstreams within complex delivery environments.\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated\u00a0ability\u00a0to lead\u00a0delivery\u00a0activities\u00a0or\u00a0workstream\u00a0teams\u00a0through\u00a0moderately\u00a0complex\u00a0initiatives,\u00a0maintaining\u00a0alignment\u00a0to\u00a0strategic\u00a0objectives\u00a0and\u00a0applying disciplined delivery practices across stakeholders and deliver\u00a0practices.\u00a0\u00a0
