Job Description<\/p>\n
\tOversee all front office operations including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
\n\tSupervise, train, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards in line with five-star hospitality expectations.
\n\tHandle VIP guests, special requests, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
\n\tEnsure smooth check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining accuracy in billing and room allocations.
\n\tCoordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
\n\tMonitor room occupancy, daily revenue reports, and operational performance to maximize profitability.
\n\tMaintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hospitality industry standards.
\n\tPrepare staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and support ongoing employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in front office operations, preferably in a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n\tExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tProficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera PMS or similar software.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
\n\tProfessional appearance and strong attention to detail.
\n\tFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.<\/p>\n
