DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing Strategy<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business growth goals.
\n\tDrive brand awareness and online customer acquisition.
\n\tCreate targeted campaigns for residential, commercial, and industrial energy solutions.<\/p>\n
Content & Brand Management<\/p>\n
\tManage social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.
\n\tDevelop engaging marketing content, product promotions, and customer education materials.
\n\tEnsure consistent brand positioning across all channels.<\/p>\n
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing<\/p>\n
\tManage online lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization.
\n\tUtilize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and digital analytics tools.
\n\tTrack customer acquisition metrics and campaign ROI.<\/p>\n
Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor positioning.
\n\tSupport sales teams with digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
\n\tIdentify emerging digital opportunities in the energy and solar sector.<\/p>\n
Data Analytics & AI Integration<\/p>\n
\tUtilize AI-driven tools for customer engagement, campaign optimization, and analytics.
\n\tPrepare digital performance reports and marketing dashboards.
\n\tLeverage data insights to improve marketing efficiency and customer targeting.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with sales, operations, and branch teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
\n\tSupport branch launches, product campaigns, and customer activation programs.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
\n\tMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience & Profile<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in digital marketing, preferably in solar, energy, technology, or FMCG sectors.
\n\tStrong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
\n\tExperience managing performance marketing campaigns.
\n\tUnderstanding of Kenyan consumer trends and digital engagement behavior.<\/p>\n
