Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe\u00a0Solutions Marketing Assistant is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for all Excelon Limited services. This role will drive brand awareness, generate leads, support sales, and strengthen Excelon\u2019s position as a leading provider of professional solutions. Any formal\u00a0qualification in HR is an added advantage to better understand client needs in HR-related services.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Marketing Strategy & Planning<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement marketing strategies across all Excelon services.
\n\tIdentify target audiences and plan service-specific campaigns.
\n\tExecute activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and retain clients.<\/p>\n
Content Creation & Messaging<\/p>\n
\tCreate brochures, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and thought-leadership materials.
\n\tTranslate complex services into clear, client-friendly messaging.<\/p>\n
Digital Marketing<\/p>\n
\tManage website content, SEO, and social media channels.
\n\tMonitor engagement and optimize digital campaigns.<\/p>\n
Sales Support<\/p>\n
\tPrepare proposals, service presentations, and marketing collateral for client pitches.
\n\tCollaborate with the sales team to convert leads and cross-sell services.<\/p>\n
Market Research & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tTrack industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
\n\tMeasure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements.<\/p>\n
Branding & Collateral<\/p>\n
\tEnsure consistent branding and professional presentation across all marketing materials.
\n\tCoordinate design resources for graphics, videos, and presentations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Marketing (mandatory)
\n\tAny qualification in Human Resource Management (added advantage) \u2013 Diploma, Certificate, Degree, or professional training.
\n\tExperience in\u00a0B2B marketing or marketing professional services is an advantage.
\n\tStrong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
\n\tExperience in\u00a0digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
\n\tAbility to\u00a0work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and analyze results.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent communication and storytelling skills.
\n\tStrong organizational and project management abilities.
\n\tAnalytical mindset with proficiency in campaign measurement.
\n\tBasic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) or ability to manage freelance designers.
\n\tAbility to understand client needs, especially in HR-related services, and translate them into compelling marketing messages.<\/p>\n

\tCRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Excel-based tracking)
\n\tEmail Marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo)
\n\tSocial Media Management (Buffer, Hootsuite)
\n\tWebsite & Analytics (Google Analytics, SEO tools)
\n\tDesign Tools (Canva, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n
Reporting & Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tReports directly to the\u00a0Head of Business Operations.
\n\tCollaborates with Sales, Operations, and other teams to align campaigns with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Remuneration:<\/p>\n
\tPackage based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and campaign success.<\/p>\n
