Reconcile daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments accurately
\n\tMaintain proper accounting records and filing systems
\n\tPrepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and journal entries
\n\tReconcile cash, bank, M-Pesa, till numbers, and petty cash daily
\n\tMonitor debtors and creditors and follow up on pending payments
\n\tAssist in preparation of financial reports and management accounts
\n\tSupport VAT, withholding tax, and statutory filing preparation
\n\tVerify supplier invoices against purchase orders and deliveries
\n\tAssist in payroll processing and staff expense tracking
\n\tWork closely with stores to reconcile sales and stock movement
\n\tVerify stock transfer documentation between branches
\n\tMonitor stock variances and report discrepancies
\n\tAssist in valuation and reconciliation of inventory
\n\tTrack damaged, returned, or missing stock records
\n\tEnsure accurate costing and margin reporting
\n\tUpdate accounting systems on Zoho.
\n\tGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
\n\tMaintain proper backup of financial records
\n\tSupport audits and internal financial checks
\n\tPrepare reports for management review<\/p>\n
