Roles\/Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEngage with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
\n\tConduct needs analysis and offer tailored pension solutions.
\n\tFollow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
\n\tCollaborate with marketing and lead generation teams.
\n\tReport on conversion rates and sales performance.
\n\tDevelop competitive strategies to grow our products
\n\tSupport annual budget through strategic partnerships.
\n\tAddress and resolve customer issues and complaints.
\n\tInform clients about regulatory changes and product updates.
\n\tWork closely with the line manager and other departments to achieve business goals.<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or equivalent)
\n\tAt least 4 years\u2019 experience in sales or related field.
\n\tDiploma in Insurance or Pensions is an added advantage.
\n\tExcellent knowledge in pension and insurance industry
\n\tProficiency in MS Word and Excel.
\n\tUnderstanding of retirement benefits or investment products.
\n\tExcellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
\n\tSelf-driven, results-oriented, and professional.
\n\tComfortable engaging with senior executives.<\/p>\n
