\tPrevent theft and damage to Company property
\n\tEnsure regular rotation of sub-contracted security guards.
\n\tEnsure all reported incidents are logged on the occurrence book and reported to the relevant person and proper action taken
\n\tLiaise with the local police on any alleged intrusion into the premises or company\/client cargo and follow up the case to conclusion
\n\tEnsure all security procedures are followed by all employees and Clients within the premises
\n\tEnsure all access points and control rooms are properly manned
\n\tEnsure all security gadgets\/tools\/equipment are in good working condition e.g. fence, alarms, CCTV
\n\tMaintain records of all main door keys and ensure safe custody of the same.
\n\tEnsure all items leaving the premises are accompanied by the relevant authorization documents and gate pass.
\n\tIdentify problems with the Security Procedure and quickly resolve such to ensure that the general purpose of the procedure is maintained
\n\tInterface with Client’s Security Management Team
\n\tMonitor the Security Plan.
\n\tConduct internal inspections and report to the Manager any non-compliance situation or deficiency.
\n\tIssue Security Plans and implement the security at the work sites in compliance with Client’s Security requirements
\n\tCoordinate with selected security companies, the guard’s recruitment and screening of security personnel prior to acceptance.
\n\tImplement the emergency evacuation plan per work Site.<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in criminology and security studies or related studies.
\n\t3 years relevant experience.
\n\tPrevious training in disciplined forces will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
