Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\tCertification (Preferred):\u00a0CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent professional qualification is a strong advantage.
\n\tExperience:\u00a03-5 years in risk, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or a similar governance role.
\n\tIndustry Background:\u00a0Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
\n\tTechnical Knowledge:\u00a0Working knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Familiarity with anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labour law, health & safety, and financial controls.
\n\tTech Skills:\u00a0Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.<\/p>\n
