You will own the entire sales process, from strategy development and pipeline generation to client acquisition, conversion optimization, and team performance management.<br \/>\n\tThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities. You will be expected to identify growth opportunities, develop high-performing sales processes, and drive consistent revenue growth while maintaining the exceptional service standards associated with the Naru Zanzibar brand.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Sales Strategy &amp; Revenue Growth<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.<br \/>\n\tIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company&#8217;s client base.<br \/>\n\tEstablish sales goals, performance metrics, and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.<br \/>\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Lead Generation &amp; Pipeline Management<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing, and conversion activities.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across key customer segments.<br \/>\n\tImplement systems and processes to improve lead management and conversion efficiency.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely follow-up and effective management of prospective clients.<\/p>\n<p>Client Acquisition &amp; Closing<\/p>\n<p>\tLead negotiations and close high-value bookings, partnerships, and corporate opportunities.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.<br \/>\n\tPresent tailored solutions that align with client needs while maximizing business profitability.<br \/>\n\tSupport complex sales opportunities through to successful conversion.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tRecruit, train, mentor, and manage sales team members as required.<br \/>\n\tEstablish clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and development plans.<br \/>\n\tConduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.<br \/>\n\tFoster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, professionalism, and customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>CRM Management &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee CRM utilization, data quality, and sales reporting processes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue performance.<br \/>\n\tProvide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights to leadership.<br \/>\n\tIdentify trends and opportunities through data analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Process Improvement &amp;
