Expansion<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop phased country entry strategies (Wave 1, Wave 2, pipeline markets).<br \/>\n\tMap regulatory timelines and commercial readiness.<br \/>\n\tDesign country-specific go-to-market roadmaps.<br \/>\n\tAlign product launch timing with seasonal parasite pressure.<br \/>\n\tEvaluate local manufacturing vs centralized supply options from a commercial standpoint.<\/p>\n<p>Private Sector Partner Identification &amp; Management<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and pre-qualify importers and distributors in priority countries.<br \/>\n\tConduct structured partner capability assessments:<br \/>\n\tFinancial capacity<br \/>\n\tRegulatory competence<br \/>\n\tRural coverage footprint<br \/>\n\tTechnical sales capacity<br \/>\n\tPortfolio conflict risks<br \/>\n\tNegotiate distribution agreements and performance expectations.<br \/>\n\tDevelop KPIs and governance structures for distributor management.<br \/>\n\tSupport capacity strengthening of local partners where needed.<\/p>\n<p>Route-to-Market &amp; Demand Creation<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign fit-for-purpose distribution models for:<br \/>\n\tPastoralist systems<br \/>\n\tAgro-pastoral systems<br \/>\n\tCommercial ranch systems<br \/>\n\tDairy Cattle<br \/>\n\tSupport demand generation campaigns and farmer education initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop responsible use and resistance management messaging.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with partners to improve rural last-mile access.<br \/>\n\tIdentify financing mechanisms or credit models where affordability is a constraint.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Market Shaping<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with national veterinary authorities and regulatory bodies.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with donor-funded livestock initiatives.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities for public-private collaboration.<br \/>\n\tRepresent GALVmed in regional technical forums and industry platforms.<br \/>\n\tContribute to policy discussions related to parasite control and resistance management.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Oversight &amp;
