What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tSource candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
\n\tScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
\n\tCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
\n\tMaintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
\n\tSupport recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
\n\tEnsure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent organization and time management
\n\tDetail-oriented with high accuracy
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office (ATS knowledge is a plus)
\n\tPositive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
\n\tEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
\n\tExperience: Recruitment, HR, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)<\/p>\n
