Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tUpload, categorize, and update digital learning content as directed by Faculty members.
\n\tCreate content that promotes health literacy and engages users in understanding public health issues.
\n\tProvide support for relevant databases.
\n\tMonitor LMS performance, uptime, and reliability, including backups and optimization checks.
\n\tAssist users, including Fellows, mentors, and administrators, with troubleshooting support.
\n\tGenerate basic analytics reports such as enrollment, completion rates, and attendance.
\n\tDocument information requests from users.
\n\tCreate knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common issues.
\n\tConduct user training sessions and orientations.
\n\tSchedule and coordinate system maintenance windows.
\n\tRegularly back up content and configurations.
\n\tDevelop and disseminate communications related to women’s health topics, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.<\/p>\n
Vacancy Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in information sciences, Knowledge Management, or a related field.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Mandatory
