You will work closely with the Performance Development vertical of the Global People Operations team to support key organizational priorities spanning onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives.<br \/>\n\tThis internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in People Operations, organizational development, and the operational systems that help global teams thrive. You will contribute to both day-to-day coordination and longer-term projects, gaining exposure to how a global organization designs and delivers people processes at scale.<br \/>\n\tThis is a high-ownership role with real deliverables. You will manage your own workstreams, communicate proactively when something is blocked, and take initiative on projects that require strong organization, judgment, and follow-through in execution.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding &amp; Employee Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport onboarding coordination and pre-onboarding processes to help new teammates transition smoothly into IDinsight<br \/>\n\tMaintain and improve onboarding resources, presentations, learning materials, and internal systems<br \/>\n\tSupport onboarding feedback collection and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement<\/p>\n<p>Performance &amp; People Processes<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the execution of organization-wide growth cycle processes<br \/>\n\tAssist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to performance reviews and people movement processes<br \/>\n\tSupport operational coordination related to promotions, employee transitions, and follow-up actions after review cycles<\/p>\n<p>Supporting Strategic People Operations Projects<\/p>\n<p>\tHelp develop internal resources, communications, and training materials for people-related programs and processes<br \/>\n\tContribute research, coordination, and project management support across evolving People Operations priorities<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Required<\/p>\n<p>\tCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field<br \/>\n\tStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines<br \/>\n\tStrong written communication skills and comfort communicating professionally across teams and levels of a global organization<br \/>\n\tComfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, along with a willingness to learn new systems quickly<br \/>\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with accuracy and consistency<br \/>\n\tInterest in People Operations, employee experience, organizational development, or org culture-related work<\/p>\n<p>Preferred<\/p>\n<p>\tPrior internship or professional experience in HR, operations, coordination, project management, or a related field<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>idinsight.bamboohr.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/idinsight.bamboohr.com","_company_name":"IDinsight","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.idinsight.org","_company_tagline":"IDinsight is an international development organization that helps policymakers and managers make socially impactful decisions using rigorous evidence.
