KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tBuild long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their supply chain\u00a0challenges\u00a0maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers\u00a0
\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication on significant trends, rate changes and policies for your assigned accounts\u00a0
\n\tReporting and feedback loop from the sales team on opportunities and\u00a0Ocean and Landside\u00a0contract fulfillment.\u00a0
\n\tContinually assess customer progress toward stated goals and drive expected results in the areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction and overall relationship.\u00a0
\n\tClient engagement \u2013 Support Sales with customer visits and engagement to understand business and needs of the customers and how to support them.\u00a0
\n\tAs a customer advocate, ensure customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.\u00a0
\n\tManage the Allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure they deliver on the commitment.\u00a0
\n\tManage the tender handling\/contracting\u00a0process and co-ordinate with Tender\u00a0Contract\u00a0Management (TCM)\u00a0to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to the customers.\u00a0
\n\tCo-ordinate the L&S Quoting & contracting process with the relevant stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tTimely contract renewals & contract management.\u00a0
\n\tEngage with and enable customers from contract handling through performance and satisfaction.\u00a0
\n\tManage the allocation to contract fulfilment process; internally and externally.\u00a0
\n\tSupport in issue resolution and drive transactional efforts toward OTS\u00a0(One Team Sales).\u00a0
\n\tCustomer satisfaction \u2013 customer follow up and initiatives.\u00a0
\n\tClient facing \u2013 customer visits to understand business and needs of the customers and how to support them.\u00a0
\n\tLearning and development focal for Sales team.<\/p>\n
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/p>\n
Someone with:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding
\n\tProven experience managing end-to-end shipment processes and customer relationships
\n\tExperience handling complex accounts and escalations
\n\tProven experience in a commercial role within the logistics industry with role in developing solutions for customers in\u00a0the\u00a0Reefer and\u00a0FMCG\u00a0vertical.\u00a0
\n\tProven track record in business-to-business sales, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation.\u00a0
\n\tSkilled in consultative\/value selling and solution-based approaches.\u00a0
\n\t\u00a0Independent action as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment\u00a0
\n\tAbility to articulate value creation by providing integrated solutions combining the Maersk products and services\u00a0
\n\tExperience within the\u00a0Reefer and\u00a0FMCG\u00a0vertical.\u00a0
\n\tA strong continuous improvement mindset\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
\n\tSelf-motivated, independent starter who is also a good team player.\u00a0
\n\tStrong analytical skills.<\/p>\n
