Executive Support<\/p>\n
\tManage calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
\n\tOrganize and monitor inbox communication
\n\tCoordinate travel and logistics
\n\tPrepare meeting materials and track follow-ups
\n\tSupport document and presentation preparation<\/p>\n
Marketing & Content Support<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and schedule social media content
\n\tSupport email marketing campaigns
\n\tDraft and edit content
\n\tConduct market and competitor research
\n\tSupport LinkedIn presence and content consistency<\/p>\n
Operations & Project Coordination<\/p>\n
\tMaintain KPI trackers and performance reports
\n\tUpdate CRM systems and track pipelines
\n\tCoordinate projects and follow up on deliverables
\n\tTrack tasks across teams and stakeholders
\n\tSupport reporting and dashboard preparation<\/p>\n
AI-Enabled Support<\/p>\n
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support:<\/p>\n
\tResearch and synthesis
\n\tContent drafting
\n\tWorkflow organization
\n\tData management and efficiency<\/p>\n
Working Arrangement & Expectations<\/p>\n
\tThis is a\u00a0full-time, office-based position, with attendance required\u00a0Monday to Friday.
\n\tThis role follows the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (ET). Depending on the time of year, working hours will be either\u00a03:00 PM \u2013 12:00 AM\u00a0or\u00a04:00 PM \u2013 1:00 AM (Kenyan time)\u00a0to align with U.S. Daylight Saving Time changes.
\n\tEmployees are expected to work on\u00a0Kenyan public holidays\u00a0that fall on regular workdays, based on business requirements.
\n\tTo meet operational and team needs, the successful candidate\u00a0may be required to relocate\u00a0if necessary for the role.
\n\tThis arrangement is designed to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and team members while maintaining operational\u00a0efficiency.<\/p>\n

Must-Have Skills<\/p>\n
\tExcellent written English and strong attention to detail
\n\tStrong organizational and planning ability
\n\tClear and confident communication skills
\n\tExperience supporting senior leaders or teams
\n\tAbility to create structured presentations (PowerPoint)
\n\tFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
\n\tStrong research and analytical thinking
\n\tAbility to manage competing priorities effectively<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience<\/p>\n
\tMarketing coordination or content support
\n\tCRM systems and pipeline tracking
\n\tKPI reporting or dashboard tracking
\n\tProject coordination or operations support
\n\tExperience in consulting or agency environments<\/p>\n
